Earthquakes
Yesterday, my fifth and sixth grade students began learning about earthquakes. Today, the students created their own seismographs. Once they had their seismographs, the earthquakes began! After the "earthquakes", the students were able to look at the seismograms that their seismographs recorded. This was an easy and cheap experiment that the students absolutely loved!
